Kathleen is the Founder and Senior Career Coach in My Career Identity (MCI), Nairobi, Kenya. She is a certified member of ICF (International Coaching Federation) and is also a Co-founder serving as Operations Manager & Leadership Coach in the Leaders’ Guild – Tangaza University College, Nairobi, Kenya. She is the Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) East African Centre mentor. She has a BA in Liberal Arts with a focus in Leadership & Management from DePaul University, Chicago and a MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from Graduate Business School in Catholic University, Milan, Italy.
Dennis is a Nutritionist by Profession but in love with Entrepreneurship, Empowerment Initiatives and the application of New Media in business. He Co-founded an award-winning campus media house and founded a leading Girl Child Empowerment Magazine. He is a Young African Leadership Initiative (YALI) Alumni and a 2016 Mandela Washington Fellowship (MWF) Semifinalist. At My Career Identity, Dennis consults on Marketing and Public Relations.
Cynthia Kendy is a computer scientist with a specialty in Software Development. She has a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics & Computer science with a major in Computer science. Apart from her professional work, Kendy is a talented photographer at 254Kendyphotography and is interested on telling stories through the art of photography. She is currently a software developer at My Career Identity.
Jessica Mitaya is the lead Brand Ambassador at My Career Identity and is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Education Arts with IT. Jessica loves to speak and inspire young people to make them realize their great visions and ideas that can change their general view on career and employment.She is a peer counsellor and has participated greatly in many youth empowerment campaigns .
